Account and payment privacy
We use personal information for sign-in, access verification, payment support and account protection. To maintain sign-in and app connections, we store your account ID, email if provided, identifiers for linked Google/Discord/X accounts, and sign-in and app-connection records. We do not receive passwords for those external accounts.
To provide the access you purchased and help with payment enquiries, we keep trial, gift, purchase-verification and subscription records, along with provider customer, subscription, transaction and payment-event IDs. We also keep administrator action records to investigate access changes or account issues. These records are managed on the hosting servers used to operate the service.
Your chosen sign-in provider verifies your identity; Paddle or Patreon handles payments and subscriptions. You enter card details with that payment service; the NudeNyang account service does not collect full card numbers or security codes. Connection credentials used to verify Patreon membership are stored encrypted. Information handled by external services is covered by their own privacy notices.
These account, access and payment-verification records are kept separately from the temporary browser information described below. Account records, administrator action records and their backups currently have no scheduled automatic deletion date, so they remain after sign-out or app removal. You can request deletion using the contact below.
For access, correction or deletion, contact @NudeNyang_VRC. After verifying your identity, we explain what can be deleted, which records need to be retained and why, and how backups are handled. You do not need to send passwords or full card details with your enquiry.
Browser extension privacy
NudeNyang connects browser content you choose to Companion and your tablet. This notice explains what information each feature needs and how you can manage sharing and storage.
Data and purpose
We load home recommendations from services you permit, and YouTube likes/watch history or BOOTH likes you request, to display them on the tablet. This includes titles, authors, text, images, media addresses, duration, counts and prices needed for the display. Names included in a post appear with its content. The browser stores your preferences, selected tab/profile details and information used to verify the Companion connection. The extension does not read your full browsing history, password store or private-message inbox, or record your screen or microphone.
Authentication and recipients
To retrieve content, the extension uses your signed-in session on the selected site. Cookies and request details needed for that step are used with that site; website cookies and passwords are not sent as part of shared content. Content and connection-verification information pass between the browser and Companion on the same PC. The extension does not send information to a separate advertising or analytics server, sell it, or use it for targeted advertising or credit decisions.
Sharing and network processing
Installing the extension or connecting it to your PC does not start sharing with others. Starting Browser Connect on the tablet displays selected recommendations, likes and watch history to people viewing it. Shared controls also allow others to select lists from the connected account, so check which account and content you want to share. Content addresses, images and ordinary subtitles needed for shared playback may pass through the relay; opening media also connects to its source site. You can stop sharing at any time, although copies already viewed or saved by others cannot be recalled.
Local retention
To resume after reconnection and avoid fetching the same items repeatedly, some information stays on your PC. Account lists stay in memory, up to 360 items each; X home content may be reused for up to ten minutes on the same account. Recommendation deduplication identifiers and timestamps last two hours, up to 720 entries. Records used to hide watched items last 30 days by default, up to 1,024 entries; you can choose 7/30/90 days. Expired records are removed when loaded, used or cleaned by the app, so they may remain until the next launch while it is closed. Browser preferences and connection details remain until you change, reset or delete them.
Server retention and access
We handle your personal information with care and use it only as needed for playback, subtitles, sharing and reliable connections. We automatically clean up temporary data when it is no longer needed. Browser playback addresses, subtitles and shared images are excluded from regular recovery backups. We encrypt information in transit and restrict access to stored information to authorized service staff. Error and security logs are managed with defined retention periods.
Controls and enquiries
You choose which services to permit and can stop sharing or remove a browser connection at any time. Removing the extension removes the browser component; contact us below to review or request deletion of information remaining in Companion or on the server. We explain identity verification, what can be deleted, any records that need to be retained and how backups are handled. We update this notice when information handling changes.
