1. Request a full refund of the relevant payment within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge. Use of the service alone is not a reason to refuse a refund within this period.
2. After 14 days, unused time is normally not refunded pro rata for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, serious service failures and statutory refund grounds are reviewed separately.
3. For Paddle payments, use the support link in your receipt or request a refund at paddle.net. For Patreon payments, contact NudeNyang with your payment details; do not send passwords or full card details.
4. When a payment is refunded, the access granted by that payment ends. Independently held access remains. Refunds follow the payment provider’s procedures; processing time depends on the provider and payment method.
5. This is NudeNyang’s voluntary refund commitment. Applicable law granting broader rights takes precedence.
