1. NudeNyang operates NudeNyang Tablet Companion. It is independently developed and is not an official VRChat service. The subscription provides access to Companion subscription features while active.
2. The subscription renews automatically monthly at US$5 or annually at US$50, according to the plan selected at checkout. The final currency, tax and total are displayed before payment. The tablet purchase is separate.
3. You may cancel automatic renewal before the next payment. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless that payment is refunded. Cancellation does not itself request a refund; cancel through the provider used for your purchase.
4. Some features require supported Windows, an internet connection, a browser extension or external accounts. External technical or policy changes may limit features. We will explain material changes to core features and provide appropriate remedies.
5. Do not disclose another person’s personal information without permission or deliberately disrupt the service. If such conduct is confirmed, we may restrict the affected sharing or account access and will explain the reason. The operator reviews rights issues concerning how the service connects to and plays content, and takes appropriate action.
6. We will notify you before material changes to prices or terms apply. New prices do not apply retroactively to a paid period. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact on @NudeNyang_VRC.
7. Your subscription starts immediately upon payment. Any remaining free trial ends and is not added to the subscription period.
